Describe the project clearly and concisely
Suggested submission approach, entrants are encouraged to:
- Focus on the challenge addressed, the action taken, and the outcome achieved
- Highlight measurable improvements where possible
- Use high-level descriptions where proprietary or sensitive details cannot be disclosed
- Share supporting information only where appropriate and approved internally
Handling of sensitive information:
- Do not include confidential technical details unless they are essential to explaining the submission
- Use general descriptions of technology, process changes, or upgrade outcomes where needed
- Reference commercial benefits in summary form if exact figures cannot be shared•Use ranges, percentages, or indexed improvements instead of exact figures where appropriate
- Seek internal approval from relevant leadership or legal teams before submission if required
